A Message From Jake

CSYM Family,

I want to start off by sending my deepest thanks to all of those that helped out with Sunday Night Live last night. I was greatly encouraged by the number of people willing to give of their time and effort to help out. Thank you all so much for making SNL a great success.

I also wanted to remind you all about the opportunity that Center Street has to purchase the old 40/29 building (~6700sq/ft) that sits between Church and Locust. If purchased (and renovated) the initial proposal is to make the building the new home of the youth and college ministries and, possibly, the clothing room. If this were to occur, I believe it would be a great investment into this ministry and would open up the door to to many different ministry opportunities to teens and college students in this area.

I encourage you to voice your opinion (either in favor of or not) to each of our Elders as soon as you can and let them know how you feel about the opportunity of this purpose.

No matter what happens, of course, God will continue to bless this ministry and the Center Street congregation. Keep the ministry, this congregation and our Elders in your prayers.
