I wanted to give you all an update on the ongoing discussion surrounding the purchase of the 40/29 building. This Sunday (2/20) the Elders will be polling the congregation by asking if we all support or do not support purchasing the building. This will be done by giving each member a sheet to fill out and return Sunday morning. Tomorrow night, there will be an announcement regarding this.
This poll is extremely important in the Elders decision. In fact, the offer made by Center St. depends on the approval of the congregation. This poll determines that approval.
If you are unable to attend Sunday and want to have your voice heard please let know and I will get you a poll sheet or help forward your opinion to the Elders by way of letter or email.
